Let me extend to you a warm invitation to join the WTU Retirees’ Chapter. We were chartered by AFT in the ‘80s. As an affiliate of AFT and WTU, we enjoy getting information from and participating in national conferences and seminars, as well as, the monthly programs that our Chapter sponsors.
WTU Retirees’ Chapter meets at 9:30 amon the second Wednesday of each month from September to June. Please take a look at the Chapter’s 2010-20011 Program on this website. You will definitely enjoy the camaraderie and warmth of meeting friends old and new. Our gatherings offer information on senior health issues, Social Security, exciting dietary experiences and other beneficial topics. And in case you haven’t heard, our Chapter’s Program Chairperson, Martha Harrison, has developed exciting opportunities to travel both locally and internationally. Each year these shows, tours and meeting events are, enthusiastically, embraced and filled very quickly.
