The Washington Teachers' Union Office of Professional Development is pleased to announce the Foundations of Effective Teaching I, ER&D graduate course offering and free dynamic professional development opportunity facilitated by the WTU professional development graduate instructors, and sponsored by the District of Columbia Public Schools for new teachers with one to three years of teaching experience.
