Mission

Our mission is to provide high-quality professional development services in best instructional

practices. Professional development and professional learning opportunities will be made available

to ALL members. We will collaborate continually with the District of Columbia Public Schools, so

that we may differentiate professional learning based upon research-based strategies, and the

needs of our members, DCPS students, and our community. Finally, a collective effort will be

utilized in order to execute the improvement and professional advancement of our members, and

the academic and social performance of ALL children in the District of Columbia Public Schools

System.
